My children had to get my home ready to sell after I moved to an Assisted Living Facility. Marc was able to suggest what was best to prepare the home to be listed. His advice was to fix a few things but not overdo. Marc suggested a price for us to list the house at and obviously it was right on since we sold it on the first day.
